- Ultimate Restoration's final agree upon estimate with Community Association Underwriters Of America Insurance Co. was $4,402,037.75. Engle Martin adjusting firm was hired by the insurance company to handle this claim. Engle Martin had a preferred contractor agree to their estimate at $2,226,666.75 and they told the association president that was all they were going to pay. URI was able to get Community Association Underwriters Of America Insurance Co. to pay an additional $2,175,371.00 or 49% of value put into this project which was recovered by URI!
- Each condominium owner was able to design a new space and make multiple upgrades & changes to their condo with no out of pocket expenses.
