- Ultimate Restoration’s final agreed upon estimate with the insurance company was $310,715.93. Originally, the insurance company and their preferred restoration contractor had agreed upon an estimate in the amount of $187,526.60. That’s an additional $123,189.33 or 39% of value secured by URI which was put back into this project!
- The homeowner is a property developer and had built many homes. He chose Ultimate Restoration to rebuild his property because he was not able to get the real value of his repairs without URI as his contractor who is always working in their customers’ best interest. The homeowner had no out of pocket expenses on this project!
- URI provided 3D visuals and drew floor plans to help customer decide on completely new floor plan.
