Project Overview
- Ultimate Restoration’s final agreed upon estimate with the insurance company was $448,187.23. Cunningham & Lindsey adjusting firm a sub-contracted adjuster was hired by the insurance company to handle this claim. Cunningham & Lindsey’s first estimate was $221,018.74 which was written in conjunction with their preferred restoration contractor. URI was able to force the insurance company to pay an additional $227,168.49 or 51% which was put back into this project which could only be done by URI!
- Due to URI expanding the scope of work. All common areas were properly addressed and were odor free. URI’s odor free warranty ensured the proper scope of work was obtained with the Insurance Company.
- The project was completed in 4 1/2 months because URI never takes a work day off!
