- Ultimate Restoration’s final agreed upon estimate with the Insurance Co. was $906,530.75. The Insurance Co. flew in their national commercial property claims specialist from Indianapolis. The Insurance Co.’s first estimate was $456,734.87. Ultimate Restoration was able to get the Insurance Co. to pay an additional $449,795.88 or 50% which was put back into the property!
- Owner changed the entire space from a gas-station/convenience-store to a restaurant. Ultimate Restoration supplied buildable plans and 3D visuals to design & build out for the new space.
- The new space and plans that were completed stayed within Insurance Co.’s estimated value. No out-of-pocket expenses were paid by the property owner!
