Project Overview
- Ultimate Restoration’s final agreed upon estimate with the insurance company was $1,088,208.40. The insurance companies first estimate was $289,051.89 which was written in conjunction with their preferred restoration contractor who also was the same company that boarded up the property. The customer called Ultimate Restoration as a referral because he was unhappy with the way the insurance company and preferred restoration company were working together and didn’t feel his interests were being protected. URI stepped in and was able to get an agreed estimate with The Insurance Company for an additional $799,156.60 of value (73% more than the original estimate) which allowed URI to replace all systems and all items inside building.
- This project was completed in 6 1/2 months because URI never takes a work day off!
