- Ultimate Restoration’s final agreed upon estimate with the insurance company was $317,629.72. The original insurance company estimate was at $240,101.23. That’s an additional $77,528.49 or 24% of value put into this project which was recovered by URI!
- The homeowners completely changed the floor plan of the original house. Ultimate Restoration facilitated working with architect and getting 3D views to help our customer decide what floor plan they wanted to build! They rebuilt the home with the new floor plan with no out of pocket expenses!
- The project was completed in 5 months because URI never takes a work day off!
