- Ultimate Restoration’s final agreed upon estimate with insurance company was $842,408.17. The original insurance company estimate was for $588,000.00 Coverage A total of building limit. That’s an additional $254,408.17 or 31% of value put into this project which was recovered by URI!
- Customer was told he was paid all of the insurance coverage, and that he would not be able to make any changes to his floor plan on rebuild. URI made it happen!
- Ultimate Restoration completed all the repairs staying with in allowed budgets of
approved insurance companies estimate. Homeowner paid nothing out of pocket. - Ultimate Restoration supplied 3D visuals and drew buildable plans allowing homeowner to completely change house floor plan and style. Which was included in URI services and did not cost homeowner anything!
